Learning Content
We set the industry standard for operator training with the original PILOT and PROFIT series developed with the American Petroleum Institute to establish core competency and technical knowledge curricula for operators.   Our online ePILOT libraries now contains over 200 course titles and more than 600 hours of industry-validated learning programs.  Our comprehensive learning content covers a broad range of core competency and federally mandated categories and has delivered over 40 million hours of training to date.

Learning Management
Active Learner is a performance support system specifically designed to address learning and compliance in process manufacturing plants. Active Learner incorporates training records management, compliance reporting, self-directed learning and evaluation authoring capabilities. This platform is currently supporting more than 250,000 learners in over 500 sites in over 40 countries around the world.
