Providing effective online learning requires more than just a web site - it requires sound instructional design and relevant content. 

Instructional design is the science of creating instruction, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.  Our unique approach to instructional design is the foundation of our content development process.  We wrap both terminal and module objectives around module content, then rely upon properly designed evaluation questions (at both a mastery and lesson level) to ensure that knowledge is transferred. The iLEARNER service utilizes our proven instructional design methodology and development process to create validated content consisting of over 3,500 learning objectives, 2,500 mastery questions, and 600 learning modules.

The RDC Instructional Design Process

It is the first operator learning library certified by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), allowing learners to earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) while learning.  In addition, the iLEARNER library has been certified to meet stringent e-learning standards by the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the American Petroleum Institute (API).
